The role is responsible for supporting new students on dental nursing diploma course to gain their first job as a trainee dental nurse and liaise with interested clients to source a trainee dental nurse for their team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To support new students on dental nursing diploma course to gain their first job as a trainee dental nurse
- Contact new students once joined onto course to ensure they have access to job support
- Run the weekly live Job Club support group on Zoom
- Upload trainee dental nurse jobs onto www.smilewisdomjobs.co.uk for students to apply for
- Support students in the full job search process including CVs, interviews, trial days and first day in new job
- Liaise with independent dental practices to encourage them to upload their jobs onto the Job Site for our trainees.
- Focused on working to reduce number of students looking for a job at any given time in order to secure their position on the course.
- To liaise with interested clients to source a trainee dental nurse for their team
- Liaise with clients who agree T+Cs to source a trainee dental nurse for their team for a fee if successfully hired
- Use of internal salesforce maps to locate relevant trainee dental nurses
- Screening of trainee dental nurses to ensure still looking for work and available to work required days before submitting CV to client.
- Place vacancy on the Job Site to source trainee dental nurses for the role
What we are looking for in you:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
- Experience as a dental nurse would be a benefit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate suitability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidentiality and ethical behaviour
- Knowledge and understanding of the skills required to be a successful trainee dental nurse.
- Situational and people analysis
- Planning and organising moving elements.
- Dental nursing qualification

The salary range for this role is £24,000.00 per annum, with additional on target earnings subject to hitting KPIs/targets up to £42,000.00 per annum.
