Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Job Purpose:

To support and drive learndirect’s ongoing commitment to high quality customer journeys and compliance adherence. You will monitor and score customer journeys against internal and external frameworks. Your primary lens will be to ensure legal and Financial Compliance Authority (FCA) regulatory compliance frameworks are met.

You will work closely with and be expected to maintain good relationships with a fast-paced sales team and develop key relationships with senior stakeholders who will use your quality feedback to inform operations and strategy. You will be a technical escalation point for the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Customer journey monitoring with a focus on the onboarding and sales journey.
  • Score customer journeys against the quality framework.
  • Provide meaningful feedback to the business on the outcomes of quality scoring.
  • Produce static and trend reporting on the business’s quality performance.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements. Ensure requirements are being met via the quality framework and risk matrix.
  • Support the business’s wider compliance roadmap including external auditing.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. It is expected the role will grow in scope as the business moves into increased use of regulated products.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks or equivalent quality assurance monitoring.
  • Aptitude in data management.
  • Good relationship management skills. Able to communicate effectively via reporting/email/1-2-1.
  • Good IT and MSOffice skills.
  • 2 years’ experience of quality assurance monitoring in a FCA regulated environment - desirable
  • Knowledge of Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty frameworks - desirable
  • Compliance related qualifications - desirable
  • Demonstratable experience in trend reporting.
  • Experience of creating a quality framework and risk matrix. - desirable

The salary range for this role is £24,000.00 per annum, with additional on target earnings subject to hitting KPIs/targets up to £42,000.00 per annum.
