Entry Requirements
No previous health and fitness experience or qualifications are required to enrol on this course package! It is perfect for budding PTs of all experience levels.
The Level 3 Personal Training Diploma is considered an entry-level qualification and does not require any previous knowledge prior to enrolment. We will teach you everything you need to know to become a first-class PT.
The Level 3 Pre and Postnatal qualification requires you to have first completed the Level 3 Personal Training qualification, although you are welcome to look through the materials whenever you'd like!
A minimum course payment of 15% must be paid before we are able to register you on the course and book your unit 1 exam. Until this threshold is met, you will be unable to sit your unit 1 exam, although you are welcome to continue working your way through the course content.
The course units are assessed through various methods based on the course content. You can expect a selection of multiple-choice exams, written questions, video submissions, programme cards and worksheets.
Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the Level 3 Personal Training Course are externally assessed by Innovate Awarding, who charge a resit fee of £29.99 if you fail on your first attempt. To ensure you are as prepared as possible for your exams, we provide three mock exams per unit!
All other units in this package are assessed by the Learndirect team and we offer unlimited free resits on all these assessments!
The video submissions element of your assessment will require you to have access to gym equipment, this can be at home or in a gym as long as it includes cardio machines, weight machines and free weights.
Don't worry, we will guide you through the assessments to ensure you are fully prepped and ready to go.
Innovate Awarding
Successful completion of this training package will see you awarded the Level 3 Diploma for the Gym Instructing and Personal Training Practitioner (RQF), and the Level 3 Award for Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise & Nutrition (RFQ).
These courses are accredited by Innovate Awarding and Active IQ and are both endorsed by CIMSPA.
Both qualifications are CIMSPA endorsed. This means you will be added to the CIMSPA register after you have qualified.
