Entry Requirements
You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience to enrol on this course, anyone can study it. Though, as it’s designed as a refresher course for existing fitness professionals, it does not provide any form of certification upon completion.

There are no formal assessments or exams in this course. However, your knowledge will be tested throughout with short quizzes to make sure you understand the content.
