The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on the 25th May 2018 and you need to be aware of the new law and how it affects you and your company.
This course will cover the important bits of GDPR you need to know about.
Now, you may work for a company that processes (or could eventually process) the personal data of EU citizens. The vast majority of companies globally will be seeking to ensure compliance with the new GDPR to promote the secure collection, storage and usage of personal information.
This is a general course for employees to raise GDPR awareness. It is not intended as legal advice, but simply informational content on many of the key topics.

Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements in order for you to begin this course.
All course fees, inclusive of all payment plans including our Premium Credit Limited option, must be settled before certification can be ordered.
*You will have access to the course for 24 months.
At the end of this course there is an assessment which you can take in your own time.
On successful completion of your course you will receive the learndirect Certificate of Completion of Training in GDPR.
Your course certificate will also state the number of CPD points/hours the course is eligible for.
