About the Change Management Certificate
In many cases change can be stressful, problematic and disruptive. When applied to a workplace setting, change can be even more difficult and challenging. This online distance learning course has been designed to help individuals who want to illicit change within their lives and managers who want to oversee changes in their workplaces.
This home learning qualification is comprised of 10 separate online modules. During the course of their time with learndirect, students will study units in the following topics: needs, drives and motivation, conflict and stress, the changing work environment, change management and handling stress & conflict. Altogether the course should take approximately 110 hours to complete.
Who should study this course?
This course is aimed at anyone who is considering bringing about significant change in their lives or careers. The change management course material is also suitable for individuals who plan to coach other people through change.
Students will not need any prior change management qualifications. In order to enrol on this course, they will simply need an interest in the topic, a way to access our hoe study materials, and the motivation to engage in independent study.

Entry Requirements
There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.
All course fees, inclusive of all payment plans including our Premium Credit Limited option, must be settled before certification can be ordered.
*You will have access to the course for 24 months.
Assessment Method
After each lesson there will be a question paper, which needs to be completed and submitted to your personal tutor for marking. This method of continual assessment ensures that your personal tutor can consistently monitor your progress and provide you with assistance throughout the duration of the course.
On successful completion of your course you will receive the learndirect Certificate of Completion of Training in Change Management.
Your course certificate will also state the number of CPD points/hours the course is eligible for.
