During your course you will study the various facets of Physics including Particles and Radiation, Nuclear Physics, Astrophysics and Mechanics.
As you explore each of these subjects you will cover a range of topics including supernovas and blackholes, molecular kinetic theory, quarks and antiquarks.
You will gain a superior understanding of the key principles which will allow you to develop hypotheses of your own in preparation for your further study.
Upon completion of the course you will have the knowledge required to take your study of Physics to degree level and beyond.
Getting Started
learndirect is one of the UKs leading providers of distance learning courses. Which makes us experts at providing you with a comprehensive Physics course. This course is designed to cover both the AQA A Level and the Pearson IA-Level specifications, so you have the choice of which version to take.
You can build your learning around your work, family and other commitments. There are no classrooms, no evening classes and no timetables.
Because your course is entirely online you can study at a pace that suits you. Which means you can complete the course as quickly (or as slowly) as you like.
